Privacy policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Tortcrest sets up and runs intake systems for personal injury law firms. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or fill in one of our forms, including forms on Facebook and Instagram.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, firm name, website and the answers you give to our questions (for example your role, state, firm size and monthly inquiry volume).

How we use it

Only to reply to you, schedule the call you asked for and prepare for it. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

How we contact you

By email or phone, only if you agreed to it in the form. We do not use automated calls or texts to contact you.

Services we use

Meta (to receive form submissions), Google (email and spreadsheets) and Calendly (scheduling). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by replying to any email we send you. We will act on your request within 30 days.

Client data

When a law firm becomes a client, the firm owns all data about its prospective clients. That data is handled under a separate written agreement with the firm.
